my 12 year old spent 8 years with the same groomer where we previously lived. The first groomer we had here something happened and it turned him into a nervous wreck. we found Bow Wow's and haven't looked back. He's never going to be the same confident dog at a groomers now unfortunately, but has vastly improved, the care and patience they show him is so much appreciated x

A huge thank you to Mel and the team for the excellent, professional and caring service received today for my Miniature Dachshund Minnie, she’s a nervous doggy with a loud bark!
Nothing was too much trouble, Minnie now has clean teeth and trimmed nails. We will be returning with our puppy Betty next week.
I cannot recommend Bow Wow’s enough and the extra care advice was very much appreciated 🐾🐾💕💕

I've taken Toby there multiple times while I’m next door boxing, and each visit has been a positive experience.
Mel & team are not only skilled in grooming but also genuinely caring and attentive to the dogs.
They do a fantastic job of making my pup looks and feel their best while in their care.

My boy Toby is a rescue from Bosnia and is very nervous around scissors and clippers, but they were so patient with him and he was absolutely fine. I'll definitely be bringing Toby back - this was his very first groom. xxxx

Our cockerdor brew had his first ever groom and teeth clean today and he looks amazing. Very friendly place and was lovely to hear he had a bear hug while getting dried because he didn't like it 😄 Also really appreciated the extra advice on teeth cleaning. will be taking him back there again definitely.
